USA RPM problems

I have a 04 Corolla, it ran great for a while, but now i have a vibration when im driving it shakes me out of my seat, I have taken it back to the dealer several times, they change my motor mounts, telling me thats the problem, no it still vibrates, has anyone else noticed this, also, when i turn on the engine, the RPM's are high, it takes several minuets to rev down, is this something anyone else has, I will be interested to hear from anyone, because its like banging my head on a brick wall

2004 Corolla Engine Vibration

Car has 46,000 and it is well cared for by the dealer. They do all my scheduled maintenance, etc. 10 months ago they replaced one of the motor mounts as I noticed a vibration. The vibration did not go away. If I drive 70 mph or the car is parked with the engine on, the same vibration is felt even with the A/C on or off. This vibration is annoying and has the service Dept at a lost. They have put in their report that the car has a higher than normal vibration. In the meantime I am waiting to hear from the district service mgr.Has anyone had a similar problem and or any suggestions? Help...
