The front alignment:

Total toe: 0 deg +/- 0.2 deg
Camber: -0.53 deg +/- 0.75 deg
Caster: 2.83 deg +/- 0.75 deg

The rear alignment:

Total toe: 0.26 deg +/- 0.26 deg
Camber: -1.45 deg +/- 0.5 deg

All of those specifications are for a US-spec 2007 Corolla with P195/65R15 tires. The tire size influences the proper rear alignment specs, but all are very close, so these should work, even if you have a different tire size.

No...the alignment is the same left-to-right. There should be no difference there.

The only thing that might be different is the specs I listed are for North America-spec cars. The European Corolla may have different specifications, I don't know.
