I have a '06 corolla and I'm going to be installing an amp this afternoon. I've decided to run the power wire (8 ga.) through the grommet where the wires go to the fuse box. I'm going to cut a little slit & pass the wire through and silicone it shut afterwards. Is my gut instinct correct or is there another avenue? Thanks in advance.
