Backlight for Gauges

I have a 2007 Corolla S and while messing with installing a new radio, the backlight for the gauges (speed/tach/fuel/etc) and the lights behind the HVAC controls (in the center console) have gone out. I've seen other threads dealing with this, and tried everything they've suggested (short of taking it in to the dealership, since i hate them).

I've gone through and checked my fuses. (At least all the ones up through 30 amps, i don't know how to check the bigger ones) All look ok, and all test ok with a fuse checker.

Is there something i'm missing? What else could be happenning?

Thanks for any help

I didn't really pull too hard on any of the cable or anything, so I don't think that I did that, but how would I be able to check those connections? Just open up everything in the dash?

did you make sure you put all the connectors back. Like the hazard button connector. Check all your connections. Also check all fuses, not just inside the cabin but the ones under the hood too

I've checked all the fuses under the hood, and under the steering wheel. Could I have somehow fried all these LEDs? Would all of them get fried without blowing a fuse?

I'll try double checking all the connections, I've got it all opened up right now, so i'm trying to check everything to make sure nothing was missed.

I checked all the connections, they're good.

I checked all the fuses, they're good.

I checked the bulbs, they're good.

Does anyone think it'd be the relay? I don't know how to check those at all.

Yes, the dome light (and every other light/blinker/indicator) works. The only ones that aren't lighting, are the backlights for the gauges, and the lights behind the HVAC controls on the center console.

Did you check over by your dimmer unit?

Did i check the dimmer control? yes. It is turned up all the way right now, but i've rolled the dial up and down multiple times with no response from the lights.
