Where did you tap your source wires

If you have installed aftermarket foglights on your corolla, where did you tap your source wires for the switch.Is it safe to tap the ignition or is it better tap from dimmers switch? I'm going to finally try to install the foglights so i want to make sure.

Tap it from the dimmer.

do you have a ce or le. le normally has the harness but u will need to buy a relay and connect two wires together on the light switch stick thing
