USA Bad vibrations 2003 corolla CE

I'm getting really bad vibrations and I can't figure out what's causing it. Most Noticeable when I'm on idle and sometimes gets really bad when I'm on reverse gear idling. Most recent changes I've done is upgrade my oil to 10w-30 (to protect from Arizona Heat), new spark plugs, and new alternator belt. Is there anything else I should be looking for? or what can i say to a mechanic to help trouble shoot this

Canada Beach Boys?

1st: get a Good/Honest Mechanic {bit like finding a perfect mate} but don't be discouraged.

2nd: tell aforementioned mechanic what you said here.

3rd: mechanic repairs Vibration.

That Beach Boys Song.....I Can't Get It Outaa My Head.

The right side motor mount by the engine is a common culprit. The rubber tends to deteriorate over time. My neighbor had a very similar issue and the motor mount cured his car.

Bingo, check the motor mounts. Have someone step on the gas with their foot on the break and you stand to the side and see if the engine vibrates.
