Canada 04 Corolla Rough Idle

04 Corolla idles rough and almost stalls. This happens after the car is warmed up. Highway drive is fine, but stop and go driving is a problem. Issue started just a few days ago but appears to be worstening daily. Ideas / suggestions????

check your intake manifold gaskets, they a very problematic when it comes to vacuum leaks.

No CEL's which makes things more confusing. Will look into the throttle body and intake manifold gaskets.....where is the IACV?

Sounds like an intake manifold gasket leak.

I had a similar situation with the idling issue but I had the CEL. Turned out to be the purge solenoid at the carbon canister near the fuel tank.

My car got a bit rough like that almost in the beginning of winter. I took it to the dealership and got it worked on and they found it was my fuel injection. It was an easy fix,,,also i was still under warranty so it was free
