Question Will i rub?

I have a corolla LE 06 and i got 18 x 8 +35 offset and looking to lower my car with TRD springs.question is will the tires rub with this set up? (the rims are not installed yet).

From Source Interlink's '08 wheel and tire guide:

Bolt pattern: 5x100
Offset: 35-42
Bore: 54.1
Thread Pitch: 12x1.5
Wheel sizes: 15x7, 16x7, 17x7.5, 18x7.5, 19x7.5
Tire Sizes: 195/65/15, 205/55/16, 215/45/17,215/40/18, 215/35/19

So no, they will not fit right.

What tire size are you using? Have you checked the speedometer for accuracy since the installation?
