30k tune up for an 06 XRS and mods

Just bough an 06 XRS and Im looing to tune her up. I already changed the oil and put laser iriat are your dium plugs in her but I want to do more. What else should I do guys? Im thinking stuff like a tranny fluid change, elctrodes and coil packs, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Also what about mods? Looking at getting an injen cold air and a hydra EMS to start and hopefully a new exhaust. I believe mine is a TRD stock upgrade they told me and sounds nice but I want more performance.
