USA Retrofitting Cruise Control - 2003 CE
I have a 2003 ce without cruise control.

Looking at some 1000+ mile drives in the near future.

Wondering if I should attempt a retrofit of a cruise control kit.

My mech (good guy - not a toyota guy per se) shook his head and mumbled when i mentioned it. From the look on his face I would say he wasn't interested in that particular challenge.

Good idea? Bad idea? No way? Too expensive?

Any comments/feedback are welcome and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

It's easy, took a whopping 30 minutes. If it's the same as a 2007. The kit was $159

Unfortunately it is not the same. 05+ are DBW throttle, not cable.
