2005 Corolla S Head unit Install

I bought a clarion cz209 and spent a ton of time installing it and it sounds beautiful. i took a ton of pictures. i also made a lot of mistakes and hope other people avoid making them. check out my DIY guide here.

I would suggest using crimp connectors and not wire nuts. The vibration found in a moving vehicle will eventually rattle the wire nuts off of the wires.

Good write up, though. Eventually you'll get to the point where you can do an install like this within an hour and not over several days.

thanks. good advice. i don't wanna get another burnt fuse and go through that headache again. i'll look into crimp connectors.
