2008 Corolla Audio Problems

I own a 2008 Toyota Corolla, and I have encountered a problem with my audio system. All of a sudden, none of my speakers worked. No sound comes out of any speaker; no static, no sounds whatsoever. The radio fave still lights up and shows that music is playing, which makes me believe that it isn't a blown fuse, but I can't entirely rule that out. I've looked for loose connections in the trunk and couldn't find any (I'm on a roadtrip and the trunk has been packed with stuff, so I thought all the bags could have jostled the wires). My car is under warranty, but as I said, I'm on a roadtrip so I cannot take it to a dealer and have it serviced on the way home. The problem is that I really don't want to drive back from the East Coast to Salt Lake City with no music. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well what it could be is a connector behind the radio has been shaken loose from poor installment, if you're getting nothing, not even static, that's probably the culprit

Sounds like it might be an internal malfunction. I believe that the radio wiring uses just one harness, so if it's loose, you wouldn't get any power to the unit at all. If you have power to the radio, but no sound, and not even any static, it would seem to be something inside the unit itself. I think your only choice is going to the dealer if you want the radio on the way home.
