I just bought OEM fog lights for my 2003 corolla LE.
Need to know about installation procedure.
Is there any new switch need to be installed or?
Appreciate is somebody can guide.
I thought all LEs came with fogs. Maybe not? The OEM has the switch on the headlight lever. If yours doesn't have this, I'm not sure what wiring would already be in place. You would have to compare what you have with what is required on the wiring diagram. A relay and 15A fuse are also needed. Knowing what you have, will make your decision to get a rocker sw/ or go for the new control lever easier.

Unfortunately LE's do not come with fog lights. I got 2005 LE and it wasn't even pre-wired but OEM fog lights that I bought from eBay came with wire and switch, but I had it installed by electric-mechanic (don't know how excatly you call it in US, in Poland it's auto-elektryk )
Some LE models were pre-wired for fogs, but no LE had them from the factory (not a US-spec car anyway). I added OE fogs also, and here's how I wired them:
I bought my whole kit on eBay. As I said in the other thread, I ended up replacing the actual fog lamp housings because the optics were so bad on the Chinese ones, but the rest of the parts worked well. The switch and relay came with the kit.
I just bought a pair of good oem used fog lights and by opening the light covers, i found corolla is prewired and has a connection wire for fog light. My question is, if it is pre wired, does it meant it has the relay there and i just need to add a switch to activate it. Can you please guide me if they give connections for fog lights, what would be the next step.
The relay location should be labeled on the cover or in the owners manual. Find the location and see if it is there. I'm guessing it's not, to cut costs.
The relay is typically NOT there. So you have to change the headlamp switch and add the relay. Should be easy enough. Unfortunately, the way the car is wired, the foglamps ONLY burn if the headlamps are also on (even if you turn the switch so that the foglamps would be on with just the marker lamps). Of course, that operation can be changed also. But you may figure that, all together, it's more work if you want to go that route -- you may choose just to wire them yourself.
Hi Jason,
But fog lamps don't on with a normal head light switch.
So definately relay and a separate swithc/wiring is required as you did,
also i just open the swithc panel where coin holder and power mirrors are located, there is no simple option to just connect the things.
Does someone has electriocal wiring diagram, i can't found on owner's manual.

Right. You have two options:
1) Use the stock wiring. All you have to add is the relay, and all you have to change is the headlight switch/turn signal stalk to one with the fog lamp option. No other modifications are required, and the fog lamps will operate as Toyota intended...that is, only on with the main head lamps. You can also change this behavoir, but it requires some wiring changes.
2) Run your own wiring, and add your own stand-alone switch. This switch comes with the fog lamp kits. You don't even need a wiring diagram for this, because you're running your own wiring (as I depicted above).

Sorry to hijack this thread, but i got a question about fogs too. I have a 04 CE which is pre-wired, is there a way i can use the kits on Ebay and use the switch that comes with those kits but still use my pre-wiring? I can't find a light stalk w/ fog lights in my area. If it works, how would i go about wiring the switch to my pre-wired car? Thanks!
You can get the headlight switch from Rockauto.com for a reasonable price. You wouldn't really be able to to use the pre-wired harness and your own switch, not without tracing and cutting wires. After all that work, you might as well just use the harness that comes with the eBay kit.
