lights not working on radio and temp. display

My lights on my radio channels and temp. control panel not working. I looked at the fuse panels on the under side of dash and also under the hood but no fuse is marked for that particular purpose. Unless the is it coded somehow?

2005 Corolla -

also when I would start the car the lights would delay coming on but after a few seconds they lit up...been like that for last couple of years.

strange. it should still be under warranty, so you should ask the dealer to check it out if your warranty isnt voided.
