Noise from front brakes

Just installed brake shoes and rotors about 2 months before. Now front brakes are making squeaking noise when i brake. It was fine for about 2000 kms. Can you suggest some tips how to get rid of this noise.

I have the same issue, I blame it on the cheapie brake pads. I suggest to add an anti squeal compound or a high quality ceramic brake pad. The ceramic pads have worked for me in the past on other vehicles I have owned.

Advance Auto Parts sells it at around cashier, if my memory is correct. Most likely other auto stores, too.

If that's a can of spray, it is not what I referred to. It may work, but if it doesn't, you can buy the grease, take out the brake pads, and aplly the grease on the back of the pad, between the pad ans the metal bracket. This grease is sold in little packages for about $1.

i checked that blue liquid becomes a little oily sort after a day use, and i'm not feeling any loss in braking, also upto now there is no noise while applying brakes.
