I wanted to replace the part and would like to know where I could buy it.

The rubber window seal/trim is degrading and turning brown, and looks like crap. 06 corolla, will post pics soon, any ideas??

Try Castrol Super Degreaser or any all purpose cleaner diluted to proper ratio and then apply a protectant.
