Tech help needed urgently

I have a 2007 LE automatic 46000 miles, for my daughter to drive. I took it to the dealer about 2mths ago for oil and routine maintenance. THey replacd the cabin air filter as well. About a 2 weeks later she reported the car "bucking" and "running rough". When I checked it out the car presented the same symptoms to me this time the check engine light came on. The code P0353 was present. I R/R the #3 ignition coil and spark plug. Still get the same code. Switched with another cylinder ignition coil. NO change in code. Can not reset code. Tried another ignition coil. No change in code or driving. Could it be an ECM?

If you swapped out the coil with a working one, it is likely the ECU. Check the wires at the coil packs. Then Take it to the dealer, ECU is covered under the emissions warranty, which you are still under.

Thanks for the help and information. I took it to the local dealer and they fixed it at no charge to me, on a Saturday in about 2 hrs. Events like this make you proud to have made the right choice to become a Toyota owner .

P0353 No IGF signal to ECM when engine is running
Check your IGT3 wiring from your ECM to the coil and the
IGF from the coil to the first connection
if these check out good, could well be your ECM
