Does this come with everything I will need to install it and will this be a problem with the stock MAF or airbox?

I planned to do this myself, and I would like to do it right the first time so i would like to make sure I would have everything needed

I would look into getting a Cosmo SRI. It's right around $100 and then you can keep the filter (its an oil filter) or switch it out for an AEM dryflow filter.

It sounds good. I have a Cosmo on my 07 and it will be a direct bolt on and will provide all of the parts you need.
