2003 Corolla DRL and low beams not working

I discovered that my daytime running lights and low beams have stopped working on my corolla. The DRL normally come on and then if its dark enough the regular low beams come on a few seconds later.

I did some troubleshooting and the low beams won't come on manually, but the high beams work while flashing them or just turning them on. I checked the fuses and they all seem to be good. Based on the wiring diagram it looks like the Daytime Running Light Relay may be the culprit.I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue or and advice before I go ahead and try swapping it out.

I hate mentioning the obvious, but did you try a new bulb? The DRLs run off the lows.

i had the same problem. You are right. The culprit is the DRL relay. I know cause it happened to me when i grounded the yellow wire. When my car got in a car accident it blew the relay so I had the same problem you had where I couldn't get the lights to come on. Everything else worked fine except the low beams.
