A/C warm at stop, cold while driving HELP!!

I have a 2006 Corolla S with 78k on it. The A/C works fine when the car is moving, but when the car is stopped, the air goes warm. I checked the coolant pressure and that was normal.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks for your help!!

It feels like it is just venting in the outside air. Quantify it, I would say it is at least 20deg warmer.

Sounds like the condenser is blocked or low on freon. Can you get the pressures checked?

Also make sure that the electric fan is turning when the A/C is on.

I checked the freon and my gauge showed full.

Where can I find the condenser? Pics?

The electric fan does come on with the AC.

Could the compressor be giving out?

The condenser is in front of the radiator. Open your hood and peek behind your grill.

You don't even need to pop the hood to see it, but it does help. Its in the front and you can see it through the grill.
