Tranny? ECU Reset? HELP!

Okay.. so I have an '05 Corolla S 1ZZ-FE, VVT-i. My tranny seems to slip when in low gears (1-2) and is an automatic. I took it into the mechanics (Toyota dealer) 8 months ago and it was found the computer was bad. (Tranny even slipped in cruise.) The tranny is now slipping again. Was there really a computer problem? Does the tranny need to be flushed (checked fluid - was not dirty nor smelled burnt)? Or does the ECU need to be reset? All insights are greatly appreciated!!!!

Did you check if there was enough fluid? Check it again with the engine running at normal operating temperature in park. If everything seems fine bring it back to the dealer and have them check it.
