03 Corolla A/C fan problem

My 03 Corolla has an A/C fan problem. In hot and humid summer days, if the A/C was turned on for a long time, especially for defogging, the A/C fans seemed to be blocked. Very little air flow was taken.

I check the air filter and air fan. They were good. A lot of condensed water came out underneath the car (at least 500 mL). They the A/C fan worked again, giving a normal air flowrate. This phenomenium happened several times in the summer.
