I always heard about leather seats in a corolla, but never saw them. Never saw the chrome door handle and chrome e brake button. As you can see, the door on the storage compartment door breaks. Not sure what that red cable is going from the positive cable and it is hard to tell what that tubing is just to the right of the plastic intake manifold, it appears to be cut. I cant really tell from the pic due to the shadow. What is that sticker on the air filter box? Is that an 05? Battery appears to be original, might need a new one soon in that FL heat, but appears to be cleaner than the rest of the bay. Floor mats are not original. Listen for a squeal from the serp belt/tensioner, they suck on the corollas.

If that were mine Id clean everything under that hood with a bucket and wet rag (shop vac) then I would change all the fluids and change all the filters. Id inspect the cv boots and jack it up and check the front end out. That car is in remarkable shape looks like you got a good deal. That manual tranny could use some new gear oil I bet. If you bought it from that dealership Im surprised they didnt clean under that hood.

Checking this site for front wheel bearing wear and strut changing will be in your future but those 2 jobs are easy.

I like the chrome door handles. Those were likely swapped in from an Altus (overseas version of the Corolla). The radio bezel doesn't fit tight against the dash. If I were buying this car, I'd make them fix that. Also check the dash door as mentioned above.
