What's In A 45,000 Mile Check Up?

I have no idea what's included in the 45,000 mile maintenance check besides changing all the fluids.

Can anyone give me a heads-up on just what those major maintenance milestones include and whether or not just changing the fluids on my own will cover my butt for the warranty?

That reminds me, am I doing a complete fluid change on the transmission or just draining the pan underneath?

How much can I expect to be charged if I do take my Corolla in after doing all those basic maintenance jobs?

I forgot what was actually done but it only cost me a little less than 200 dollars for everything on that check up. The papers are in a file cabinet down stairs. I do not want to wake the dog up right now.
