is there a security code for 2005 6cd changer - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

I just bought used 2k5 corolla LE. It has all the papers but no CD changer security code. Sales person was assuring me this model is not code protected. I called 2 dealerships today but couldn't find definite answer.
Could anyone help?

The sales person is correct, the Corolla radio does not have any security codes. I recently swapped my 6-CD changer (A51814) for one with a cassette deck (A56821) and it was simply plug and play.

As deja_vu1344 stated. Plug and play, no code needed.
