Did you check both sets of fuses? One is located in the engine bay and the other is behind the glove box area. You can also try to isolate the problem by keeping the radio unplugged and seeing if your clock and alarm system works.

On the right side of the engine bay (as you are standing looking at it), right next to the air filter box, there is a fuse panel with a removable cover.

There is a fuse in there labeled Dome. I believe it is a 15 amp fuse, and there should be a spare 15 amp fuse or 2 in there, along with a little plastic tool that makes pulling those awful mini fuses easy.
