As far as "Junk Yards" go - I've had pretty good luck dealing with them. I bought a set of OEM mags for my (old) '76 Capri and went out the door with a guarantee that they were straight. They charged me for the wheels and asked me to return the tires when I was done... no extra charge until I returned the rubber.

I guess it depends on the yard and how much they value their business.

I've always had good luck.
