Reasonable Price For 2007 CE?

What would you guys say is a reasonable price for a 2007 CE with manual tranny, 39k one-owner miles, original paint, in excellent condition in and out being sold as a Toyota Certified used vehicle?

And how much would you say is the warranty worth (i.e., how much less would pay for same car without the Toyota Certified warranty?). -- I'm thinking that the warranty is worth about $300 or so, maybe less to me.

Also, for perspective, my best quote on a new 2010 model is $15.2k (total price including D&H, "documentation fees" but before sales tax and title and registration fees).

NADA usually does pretty good.

Another idea is go to your bank (or a few for that matter) and ask them what they would loan you for it. My bank happens to use NADA ...

At least around here, dealerships are typically always a $k or few over NADA so you need to talk them down ... of course they know that and that is the whole game ...
