Does anyone know how much PAG oil an 03 Corolla takes? Also, does anyone have an exploded diagram of the expansion valve location under the dash? Thank for any info all...

Be careful if you are doing the work yourself, compressors are really sensitive! Your compressor probably takes about 8oz of pag oil, but I am not 100% sure, I will try to find the specs on them...I have about 340 of those compressors laying around so I will check one in the AM when I get to work.

Thats the expansion device...

Thanks Elite! IIRC, I read an article stating that once the system is free of debris, that you need to add PAG oil to each component like the evap, condensor, compressor, etc. is this correct? did ya find out how much PAG oil the entire AC system takes? Also, I couldnt find an orifice tube in the 03 Corolla. The only thing that I thought was some kind of filter was a silica 'bag' located inside of the condenser. Thanks for any info...
