12V outlet HELP

So here is what happen: I went to plugs my phone into my center arm rest 12V outlet (like Ive been doing for a year now) and I realized the light on the charger was off (no power). So I was like hmmm inresting let me try the regulard outlet where my iPod is pugged...then BAM the whole electrical shuts down, my A/C goes out, and and my needles and dash are gone..So Im like oh shit I burned something.
I pulled over and then I couldnt not get the car out of park ...

Anyway I changed the fuse that was burned but my armrest outlet still doesnt have power Anybody knows which fuse it is connected to cause to that outlet is very useful?? I looked in the book but I cant really figure it out. The one that blew everything was # 21 (a 25A)so its not that one!!

To cover the whole thing I missed work and I gave 10 bucks to some dude who helped me cause I didnt have spare fuses..lost 50 bucks

rolla 03 CE so pretty basic

It should be 26 in the diagram, I think you replaced 28, correct?

26 should be a 15 amp.
