My 03 has a rattle since the old tensioners are garbage, had to purchase the new designed one. Just got this today and plan on installing it this weekend. Any tips. Also, is the tensioner suppose to wiggle a little from the shock part? Also, it has no tension in it?

Have to look at TSB EG021-07

This should have all the information you need to install the tensioner.

Done. Took about 45 minutes. Take belt off. Remember the pattern. Remove 3 engine bolts, jack the engine up, remove top nut off the tension, remove the long bolt. Put everything back together. Easier then I thought.
