No power to the fuel pump

I have a 2007 corolla. Over the last week has taken longer to start. It would crank but not start. At times 10 min or so. then it would just start. Now won't start at all. I listened for fuel pump sound, nothing. Removed fuel pump from car, bench tested with another battery, the pump seems to work fine. I put it back into car, nothing. It seems the pump is not receiving power. Changed the EFI fuse/relay in the fuse box, nothing. Also just checked for plug spark. None. Has anybody seen this problem before? Can anyone thats had some experience with corolla's help?

I'm no expert in electrical but you can take a voltmeter and check the voltage supply from the battery to the fuel pump itself. Also check for damaged wires.
