Cracks in the rubber are usually just surface cracks from weathering and don't neccesarily mean they are bad.

That makes sense, but tell me what then causes this idle vabration that carrys over at high speed, and at 39k Toyota changed the front one and when I re-took delivery on the car I had the same old vibration and it has not gotten better or worst now that the car has 63k? Could it just be some sort of a flaw that goes with ownership on this car? TOYOTA says all is normal but in my case it(vibration) is above normal. Thanks
