corolla & bilstein

cost aside, will bilstein hd struts/shocks be too harsh of a ride with trd lowering springs? will tokico hp be a little softer?

TRD lowering springs use progressive rates which emphasize comfort.

It's also a mild drop relative to other springs out there.

Bilstein's have always been known to offer a good compromise between ride comfort and handling. Be glad the Bilstein HD's are offered on this generation Corolla. It's a good choice.

Ah. I read their wob site. HPs aren't. Need to get D-Specs for adjustable-ness.

Tokico's HP are not adjustable.

Tokico's HTS are adjustable.

i'm aware that tokico hp are non adjustable and tokico hts are adjustable. bilsteins are non adjustable. just wondering which would offer the better the better set up (ride quality + performance) with my trd lowering springs and 215/50/17 wheels/tires.

If that is important to you, then I would get the Bilsteins.

I would have to concur. HPs are a good shock/strut, too. But if you have the money, the Bilsteins are the way to go.
