Which software offers the most complete dyno tesing results for the 9th Gen Corollas?

Does one need a note book or a PDA to use it?

Yezinki.

How do you rate OBD Diagnostic Inc vs. Palmer performance vs. ELM5 Scan tool as a Dyno Diag software, all note book based for 9th Gen Corollas……any member having experienced them?

One of the most versatile Notebook/ PDA held Dyno software that I ordered…………http://www.obd2allinone.com/sc/details.asp?item=obd2usb
After doing lots of homework……… that meets my requirements for my 2nd vehicle i.e. 9th Gen Corolla & matches it.

no software is going to give you the true results that a hardware based (Dyno machine) test will give you, just go to a Dyno shop and do it there... not sure why you feel the need to dyno your car, as you're only driving a stock car, even with light mods you would still be close to stock output.

Yes, of course the OBD2allinone does, it covers all years of Toyota Corolla form 1996 to 2010 and beyond for many years. I think you are missing the point, the OBD2allinone covers any car from 1996 onward and automatically detects whatever protocol it is hooked up to and then talks to it. Our unit is the only one with a real ELM327 processor.

This diagram you sent makes no sense in this context. That diagram you sent is for horsepower and torque simulations for engine builders for doing cam selections, compression calculations, and cylinder head flow rates. It has nothing to do with diagnosing OBD parameters

The CD has all the free software packages, use them first and they will most likely do everything you need like simulation, to check for mods. Then if you need something more you can always get one of the pay for packages later.

I am finally going with http://www.obd2allinone.com/sc/details.asp?item=obd2usb for my 9th Gen Corolla.

Cause after lot of googling & search couldn’t find a better one apart from CarDAQ-Plus…..the only extra feature is that it can flash the ECU…… meant for garages & car repair shops.

All software based dynos (including Apple's dynolicious for iPhone) are estimations based on the parameters you enter such as, weight etc. They never are as accurate as a properly roller dyno that measures torque to the wheels through spinning the roller and then extrapolate the HP from it across the rev range.

I agree totally with yours & REN69 thoughts.
