30K Servicing

Any thoughts of the importance of what Toyota recommends getting done at 30K? I want to keep my car maintained, but not with unecessary cost, thanks.

Here is what i plan on doing at 30k:

Oil change, air filter, cabin filter, ATF drain & refill, replace PCV, tyre rotation, and new brake pads.
