Beeping from dash every 30 seconds

I have an 05 Corolla, today my car began letting out a single high-pitched beep every 30 seconds or so from the dash. It almost sounds like the beep a cell phone makes when it is about to die. It even beeps when the car is off. It has been beeping non-stop every 30 seconds for the last few hours and is showing no sign of stoping. No lights are on to show anything is wrong and besides the beeping my car is running fine. Anyone have any ideas why my car is doing this? The beeping is going to drive me crazy!

*** UPDATE***- I disconnected the battery and the beeping still continues on with no power. I do have lojack in the car, could that have something to do with it?

well if you disconnect the battery and it still beeps then it is getting power from somewhere else. i so i would try to find where your second battery is

I will ask the obvious, did anyone loose a cell phone or electronic device recently?

It probably IS a cell phone! ask if any of your friends has lost their phone recently. check under your seats for it. if it hasn't run out of battery yet you could probably call it to make it even easier! lol
