'07 corolla S P0171 code help!?!?!

Ok I was driving home from school last night and my check engine light went on....I noticed my idoling was not very good at times and even when I drive it drops slightly...I took it to O'reilys this morning and the code it was coming up with was "p0171"-system to lean(bank 1)
Ive read many posts about this and it seems it may be multiple things. I am in Minnesota so it is pretty cold during the winter months..
also my 07 Rolla has 102xxx miles on it (yes i drive a lot)

could someone please help me out...Thanks

There is a new and improved gasket, as Toyota knows this is an issue and even put out a TSB.

Here is the TSB and the procedure for removing it.

If you change it when the car is cold, you do not have to remove the coolant lines, just remove the throttle body from the intake manifold and there will be minimal coolant loss.

I dont know how stocking gaskets works at your dealer, but give them the new part number on the TSB to make sure they are not giving you a new old style gasket and sealant.

If you to 100% check to make sure it is the gasket before you do any work, start the car and spray car cleaner around the gasket area, if the engine RPM increases, you found the leak.

Yea thanks...I just got back from toyota and they told me this is the new gasket for the cold because there have been extreme amounts of problems with it. Ill spray that around later this afternoon when I head down to the shop..
