yep, axle boot is slinging grease, boot clamp has probably worked loose. you can try to re-clamp it but its a pain in the butt. just ignore it until the joint begins to make noise and then replace the whole axle. it could go another 70,000 miles like that.

without grease in the inner cv boots, there may be shaking upon acceleration at higher speeds.
