Check engine light - 4 codes

I have a 2005 Corolla CE and recently, had to change the ECM after the car shut down on me. Not even a month after changing the ECM, I am getting the check engine light (again). I took the car to advance auto parts to get the codes myself and I got the following 4 codes:

- P0741: Torque Converter CKT Performance or stuck off
- P2111: TAC System stuck open
- P2112: TAC System stuck closed
- P2119: TAC throttle body range/performance.

Has anyone ever had these? If so, did you have them all at the same time? I took the car to the dealership to get it checked out. They are telling me that I need to have the throttle body replaced and they are quoting me nearly $1200 to replace. I'm not so sure the throttle body needs to be replaced, but I could be wrong. The car seems to drive fine. I just don't want to have it shut down on me like it did with the ECM issue recently. Anybody have any ideas or suggestions? Think it could be a faulty ECM? I don't know too much about cars, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yea, my car has about 94k miles. I believe my car would not qualify for any Toyota warranties at this point, which I found out the hard way when replacing the ECM. Thanks for your help and input.

That sucks, the last three codes are due to a faulty throttle body these codes rarely show up on here. The throttle body from the dealer is $900. You can get a used one off of ebay for much cheaper and the throttle body gasket is really cheap if you want to take it to a local mechanic. Make sure you get a throttle body from an 05 corolla. What did toyota say about the possibility of the new ECU causing these problems? v

that stinks. they played off the idea that it was the ECM and made it sound like it was only the throttle body. Thanks for the input. I'll be looking on ebay.
