08' Radio wont work. Stock

So the guy next door left his windows down a little. Stock radio got wet, MINOR WATER. Now it wont turn on. Fuse under the hood is good, fuse under the dash is good. All interior lights work, cig lighter works, everything is fine but the radio. Is there a inline fuse or one on the back of the radio that could be shot? Its a lease car and Toyota wants 300 to just look at it....

if you can't find a way to fix it, I got my stock radio at my storage, since I changed to aftermarket. let me know in PM if you need replacement. maybe we can work something out, and hell dealer always ripoff.
