Question 07 Brake issue

My breaks keep squeeking. The pads are fine, they and the bolts have been lubricated. What could be causing this? Anyone else have this issue? It's a 2007 Corolla CE

What's your mileage? At one point there are metal strips/indicators that will touch metal-to-metal to indicate that the pads need to be changed.

Mine lasted 75K, just changed the pads last weekend.

There are two possibilities, either you have generic semi-metallic brake pads, which will make more noise than others or your rotors need to be turned to get rid of that metallic glaze that occurs after several years of service.

If pads are fine as you stated, in other words there is still more than 1/4" left on them you might want to turn your rotors, and since you're in there might as well replace pads - opt for Select Ceramic brake pads or OE style to fully get rid of any brake noise - be sure to install new shims and retainers along with the use of brake grease.

Avoid cheap pads, as they will tend to either dust like crazy (organics) or make lots of noise (cheap semi-metallics), again, I recommend Select Ceramics or OE replacements.
