07 rolla speaker install help

I have an 07 Corolla S and i want to install new speakers front and rear. I need somebody to tell me about how the door panels come off and how to remove the junk in the rear in order to get at the speakers. I know it isnt that difficult but I just dont want to break that one single clip that will ultimately cause a squeek, or make the panel seem loose and cheap. I have the JBL 6 cd changer with 6 speaker set up, and I am installing a 6.5" component system for the front and 6x9's in the rear.
