yea, from that study it seems like their headlights, at least for the two tested models, are not really up to par, but it's not like a grill has to conform to any FMVSS's. plus that study was done in 2004, how do we know they haven't upped their production quality since the study? now that I think about it though, I did get my driverside headlight replaced after I hit a deer and ever since then that headlight shines a little bit differently than the other, hmm, makes me wonder. I also have the Altis 2nd gen taillights
http://depoautolights.com/toyota-cor...0efa615344591b , made by DEPO, and, at least in my opinion, are much better than the factory ones. they way they're designed lookes much better (more rectangular at the clear parts as opposed to circular designs in the oem tails, which I like) and the LED brake lights are much better looking IMO. they did have a slight fitment issue but it was that the clips were a bit too tight and took a little more effort whereas that study says the clips were too loose causing them to wobble.
