Depends on the shape of the coils - I'd expect about a 2" or more drop on this sort of setup, just watch the Tokico struts. Well known to give you a firmer ride and good results with mild drops - but the specs point out that suspension drops more than 1.7" will accelerate the wear and tear on the strut.
Just a note - mixing two different set of struts can also play a headache with your handling. Konis are adjustable, but only to a certain extent. I could see this valid for a specific vehicle setup (Pro-Audio setup, towing, etc.) that might need the flexibility of a relatively stiff strut. That same adjustability can be a liability - since you can tailor the strut damping to a specific spring. You could easily find that the rears are too soft/too hard compared to the front axle. That is a sure-fire recipe for a car that either pushes excessively or reacts too lively (read - likes to swap ends) to sharp steering inputs.
