06 Corolla 5 sp tranny Gernaded

Hello All,
I am new to the Forum andI have a 06 Corolla S Type with a 5 sp tranny.

Well yesterday the tranny exploded with 103k miles on it! I am mechanicailly inclined and will replace the tranny myself. Any info or procedures online that I can access to assist on the removal and installation? And any good sources to get a rebuilt one? Your help is greattly appreciated!
