2003 Corolla horn AND A/C not working
In my trouble-free 2003 Corolla at 85k miles, the horn and the A/C stopped working a while back, though the A/C indicator light goes on, and there is voltage at the terminals of the relays.
Thanks to this excellent forum, I saw there had been a general problem with the M/G CLT relay, and so bought new relays. Nothing changed -- horn and A/C still don't work.
It looks like the horn relay coil and the M/G CLT relay coil might both get grounded through the ECU. Could this be an ECU problem? Is this the module behind the glove compartment?
Anybody hear of this problem before, or have suggestions?
