Comfortable seat for tall people
I love my 03 Corolla but at 6'-4" 270lbs there are two things I would like to improve on the drivers seat. The first is to make the seat go back an addition two inches. Looking at the seat brackets it looks like I could drill out the rivets in the rear brackets and move the rails back two inches, but on the front I would need to fab a new bracket or weld on and extension piece. Has any made this mod?
The seat itself is fine for under one hour drives but on an extended cruise the seat does not provide the support I need. Can anyone say if another seat, say from a Camry would work? Any seat that will be more comfortable and go back further to solve both issues?
