I'm looking for the TSB 04205, NHTSA 10017318. My '05 corolla had the ECM replaced under this TSB with part #89661-02k20. It recently malfunctioned again and cost $700 to get ECM part#89661-02k22, because I'm over 80,000 miles. I want to know if the mechanic installed the updated ECM the first time. Anyone have the official TSB or know how to get it? Thanks
