2003 Suddenly Not Starting

Hello,
Yesterday I drove my car to town, did not experience any sort of problem/noise/weird shifting. Came home, tried to start my car again, and nothing. The car is not even trying to start, no turning over, no clicking nothing. I've never had a problem with it starting before. I've checked every fuse, the battery, starter and everything is OK. My friend and I have spend the last two days trying to figure this out. Its like the computer is telling the car not to start.
I also put it in any gear and the car rolls freely back and forth. In the past year or so I've had the check engine light come on with error code P0770 (Shift Solenoid E malfunction). Could this be related to my starting issue? Has anyone experienced this issue before? Anyone got an idea?

Thanks.

There is a TSB for that code: http://matrixowners.com/tsb/T-EG020-02.pdf You are out of warranty for that problem if it is a speed sensor or Transaxle, and Torque Converter Clutch Assembly. From the description, it sounds like a dead ECU, which is covered under the 80K mile warranty, if you have under that mileage. But if you are over 80K miles, the fix is on you and is about $900 if the ECU is shot. You may have to tow it to the dealer, print out that TSB and show it to them. Call the dealer first and see what they say, especially if you are under 80K miles.
